Beirut - Saba: The Lebanese Parliament elected Army Commander General Joseph Aoun as President of the Country, after counting the votes in the second round of Parliament's voting to elect a President of the Republic.
According to Lebanese media, Aoun was elected after receiving 99 votes in the second round of voting, during a session attended by all 128 representatives.
