Sana'a - Saba:
The government of change and construction in Sana'a stressed that any aggression against Yemen will not go unpunished, noting the ability of the armed forces to defend the homeland.
This came in a statement issued in conjunction with a million-strong demonstration in Al-Sabeen Square in solidarity with Gaza and condemning the Israeli aggression.
Despite the exposure of areas surrounding Al-Sabeen Square and the Hizyaz power plant to aerial bombardment by the Israeli, American, and British aggression forces, and other raids on the Harf Sufyan Directorate in Amran, Hodeidah port, and Ras Issa, the participants showed exceptional steadfastness and insisted on the continuation of the popular activity. During the demonstration, the American and Israeli flags were burned amid chanting slogans denouncing aggression.
The statement affirmed the Yemeni government and people's stand with the brotherly Palestinian people and their full support for Gaza in the face of the brutal aggression and the lifting of the siege. It also praised the steadfastness of the Yemeni popular position committed to championing Just Causes and faith identity.
