Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Dr. Radwan al-Rubai and Governor of Hodeida Abdullah Ateifi on Monday inaugurated the rehabilitation project for a number of damaged buildings affiliated with the General Authority for the Development of Tihama.
The project, funded by the Agricultural Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the province, involved the rehabilitation and restoration of four administrative buildings at a cost of 100 million Y.R.
The Minister of Agriculture praised the efforts to implement these projects, emphasizing their importance for the development of the agricultural sector.
The Governor of Hodeida stressed the importance of supporting projects affiliated with Tihama Development Authority and highlighted the state's focus on developing the agriculture and fisheries sectors.
The Chairman of Tihama Development Authority expressed appreciation for the support provided by the government and the Ministry of Agriculture.
The meeting also discussed the status of Zabid Agricultural Cooperative Society and ways to support farmers.
