An official source at the Ministry of Finance explained that the mechanism for paying the salaries of administrators in the Ministry of Education was included in the agreed solutions between the Ministries of Education, finance, and Civil Service, but it faces a challenge due to the lack of exceptional mechanism resources, which is not currently sufficient to cover half a monthly salary.
The mechanism includes the redistribution of 22 thousand administrative employees, a number that exceeds the actual need, to benefit from them as teachers, as half a monthly salary will be paid within the efforts to bridge the gap in the numbers of teachers and ensure the stability of the educational process.
The mechanism also includes the supply of resources to the teacher fund, which is collected from education offices, noting that there is no commitment to some governorates, and measures are taken to ensure collection.
The curriculum was printed for the year 1447 AH and costs for the competent institution to provide curricula on the specified date. Half of the salary of the martyrs, the deceased, and the retirees, were also disbursed as humanitarian cases that have a priority.
The success of this mechanism depends on the cooperation of the education departments and the administrative staff to implement the agreed solutions to serve the continuity of the educational process.
