The Surprise Inspection Department of the Judicial Inspection Authority carried out on Wednesday a field visit to Ayal Sarih Court in Amran province to evaluate work performance, receive citizens' complaints, and ensure adherence to judicial procedures.
The inspection committee reviewed the progress of work, the level of discipline in holding sessions, and the statistics on completed cases.
The committee also inspected the records of judges, the registry, and the execution registry, received and processed citizens' complaints, and met with judges to discuss ways to improve performance and expedite case resolution.
It also inspected the conditions of prisoners pending executive cases in court detentions, listened to their complaints, and ensured the validity of detention procedures.
