The Minister of Electricity, Energy, and Water, Dr. Ali Saif Mohamed, discussed with the governor of Al-Mahwit Hanin Qatina, the governorate's needs for water, electricity, and sanitation projects.
The meeting, which included the Deputy Minister of Electricity, Energy and Water, Adel Saleh Bader, touched on the implemented water projects and the registration of implementation in the governorate, including the Malhan Directorate Electricity Project within the framework of the 2025 AD plan, ways to overcome the current difficulties, and the mechanism for addressing the status of troubled projects.
The meeting, which was attended by the Director of the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation in the Capital Secretariat, Engineer Mohamed Massas, and the branch of the Rural Water Projects Authority in Ibb Governorate, Engineer Majid Al-Shami, reviewed the electricity projects of Al-Khabt, Bani Habash, Al- Khamis and Al-Tawila, and procedures for introducing them to service within the Ministry of Electricity and Water plans to expand electrical services.
At the meeting, the Minister of Electricity and Water affirmed the keenness to strengthen cooperation with the local authority to implement electricity and water projects and to provide pure drinking water to the population.
He touched on the efforts of the Ministry's leadership in supporting electricity projects, expanding water projects, and continuing to provide services to meet the needs of the community.
