Dhalea Governorate on Thursday started work to fence and prepare the site of the land designated for the sewage treatment basins in Damt District.
At the inauguration, the director of the district, Sultan Fadel, said the project - which will be built on an area of 150 thousand square meters at a value of 27 million riyals, funded by the local authority in the governorate - includes building a fence for the front facade of the area designated to protect the land and in preparation for the implementation of the sewage treatment plant and basins project for the city of Damt.
The project is one of the most important projects in the governorate and comes within the framework of the governorate's leadership's support for various development projects in the district and will enhance the improvement of water and sanitation services.
The inauguration was attended by the directors of community initiatives in the governorate, Hamed Al-Qahif, and the executive unit for roads, Eng. Ziad Haidera.
