Two training courses in the financial field and training of trainers were concluded in the capital secretariat, organized by the General Administration of Development Research and Training, over ten days with the participation of 45 trainees.
The first course aimed to train 20 employees from the Finance Office of the capital and its directorates on using the "Excel" program to analyze financial data and prepare statistical reports with high efficiency, which enhances financial and institutional performance.
The second course aimed to train and qualify 25 cadres of the General Administration of Development Research and Training and training managers and representatives in the directorates, on identifying and analyzing training needs, designing training packages, and delivering and presenting, which contributes to improving the quality of training in the capital secretariat.
