The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, discussed the latest developments in national and Palestinian events with the Prime Minister, Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahawi, stressing Yemen's steadfast support for the Palestinian cause as the central issue of the Arab and Islamic nation.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives praised the positions of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, in supporting Arab and Islamic issues, especially the Palestinian cause, with a focus on monitoring the Israeli entity's commitment to implementing the ceasefire agreement and ending the aggression and siege.
The meeting stressed the importance of strengthening the unity of the national ranks to confront the ongoing challenges and attacks on the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples, in addition to enhancing coordination between Parliament and the government to accelerate the completion of laws that serve the national interest and meet the needs of the current stage.
For his part, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of cooperation between the constitutional authorities to achieve governmental success, noting that the government is working according to well-studied plans to build a modern Yemeni state. He also focused on supporting community initiatives, especially in the agricultural sector, to achieve self-sufficiency and promote sustainable development.
