Hind Rajab Foundation files complaint against Zionist soldier in Barcelona for committing war crimes
[19/ January/2025]
Barcelona - Saba:

Hind Rajab Human Rights Foundation and the Palestinian community in Catalonia, Spain, filed on Sunday an urgent legal complaint against a soldier in the Zionist enemy's "army" present in Spain.

The complaint, which was filed under Spanish and international law, accused the Zionist soldier of committing genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes during the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip.

The foundation confirmed in a statement that Sergeant Mori Caesar, who is from the Givati Brigade, Battalion 435, Mitzvah Company, Retik Platoon, in cooperation with members of his battalion, targeted a UN school with a grenade launcher, demolished civilian homes, and opened fire indiscriminately on civilians in Gaza, accusations that fall within the systematic violation of international humanitarian law.

Hind Rajab Foundation urged the Spanish authorities to take immediate action by investigating and detaining Caesar to ensure accountability for the atrocities committed. The case also includes other members of Caesar’s platoon, such as Ofik Karmon and Guy Keinan, highlighting the need for broader investigations into systematic violations.

A few days ago, Hind Rajab Foundation filed an arrest warrant in Italy against the Zionist enemy’s “army” brigadier general, Ghassan Alian, who is secretly there, on charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The foundation, affiliated with the “March 30” movement, seeks to achieve justice for the war crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinians. It has collected information on more than 1,000 dual-national Zionist soldiers who participated in the war of extermination against the Gaza Strip, and has filed arrest warrants against them in several countries.
