Gold prices stabilized today, Tuesday, in spot transactions at $2707.19 per ounce.
Media reports indicated that US gold futures fell 0.7 percent to $2730.
As for other precious metals, the price of silver in spot transactions fell 0.5 percent to $30.34 per ounce, palladium fell 1.2 percent to $933.25, and platinum fell 0.6 percent to $936.95.
