Sana'a - Saba:
A training program organized by the Yemeni Standards and Metrology Authority in cooperation with the General Authority for Small Enterprises Development concluded in Sana'a.
The program lasted for three days and targeted 40 male and female participants from productive families, to provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to manufacture chemical products such as detergents, disinfectants, and cosmetics.
The training focused on teaching participants preparation and assembly methods, requirements for equipping production plants, and the basics of manufacturing according to approved standards.
At the conclusion of the program, Dr. Kamal Margham, Deputy Director General of the Authority for Financial and Administrative Affairs, stressed the importance of these programs in supporting small projects and enhancing local production, pointing to the role of productive families in reducing dependence on imports and contributing to economic development.
He also praised the cooperation with the Small Enterprises Development Authority to enhance the capabilities of productive families and enable them to achieve self-sufficiency and raise the quality of production.
