Israeli army storms West Bank, arrests civilians

Ramallah - Saba:

Israeli forces launched a raid campaign at dawn on Thursday in various parts of the occupied West Bank, during which they arrested 14 citizens, including former prisoners.

In Nablus, according to the Palestinian Information Center, the enemy forces arrested three young men from their homes in the city of Nablus and an ex-prisoner at a military checkpoint near the city, during a large-scale raid campaign that included several homes.

The enemy forces also arrested Khaled Kiwan after raiding his family's home in the Al-Masakin Al-Sha'biya neighborhood, east of Nablus, Saadi Tabanja from Al-Rashid Street, and Abdul Ghafour Abu Hashiya, after vandalizing and smashing the contents of his family's home in the northern mountain area of the city.

The enemy forces re-arrested the freed prisoner Zahdi Qawariq, from the town of Awarta, southeast of the city of Nablus, at dawn, while he was passing through the "Awarta" military checkpoint around the city.

In Qalqilia, local sources reported that the enemy forces re-arrested the freed prisoner Sheikh Mujahid Nofal, from his home in the Dawoud neighborhood in the city of Qalqilia, days after his release from the enemy prisons, where he spent nearly a year in the occupation prisons.

The enemy forces also arrested: the freed prisoner Mahmoud Khadraj and the two young men Walid Shraim and Anas Al-Sakhin, after storming their families' homes and tampering with their contents in the city of Qalqilia.

In Hebron, the enemy forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar, north of the city, and arrested four citizens after raiding their families' homes, including: the brothers Muhammad and Khalil Jamal Abu Hashem, and Saif Naim Abu Maria.

In Ramallah, local sources reported that the enemy forces arrested the freed prisoner Abdul Ghani Fares, after storming his family's home in the town of Silwad.

The sources added: The enemy forces arrested the student at Birzeit University, Hatem Shokha, after storming his family's home in the town of Rammun, east of the city of Ramallah.
