Tulkarm - Saba:
The Zionist enemy forces continued their aggression on the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the seventh consecutive day.
The Palestinian News Agency "WAFA" reported that the Zionist enemy forces, accompanied by police dogs, raided last night the homes of Palestinian citizens in various neighborhoods of the city of Tulkarm and its suburbs, including the eastern neighborhood, the suburb of Al-Tayah, and the Rashid neighborhood in the suburb of Dhnaba, and searched them, checked the identities of their residents, and subjected them to field interrogation, without reporting any arrests.
WAFA said the enemy forces pushed more of their military vehicles from the "Tastaoz" camp west of Tulkarm, and from the Taybeh and Jabara checkpoints to the south, towards the city and its camp and imposed a tight siege on them, while continuing to besiege the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital and the Israa Specialized Hospital and obstructing the work of ambulances and medical crews.
WAFA added that the city is witnessing a large deployment of infantry forces and snipers on the roofs of residential and commercial buildings that they seized and turned into military barracks in the middle of the market and the western and eastern neighborhoods.
In Tulkarm camp, the Zionist enemy forces continue their siege amidst a heavy deployment of enemy forces in all its neighborhoods and snipers on tall buildings inside and around it, raiding and searching homes and forcing their owners to leave them at gunpoint.
The news agency quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the Zionist enemy forces have escalated the bombing of homes in the inner neighborhoods of the camp, and increased their pace with the arrival of a heavy bulldozer (D10), and began demolishing other homes and shops in the neighborhoods of Al-Swalmeh and Al-Hamam, leveling them to the ground.
It added that the enemy forces raided dozens of homes and destroyed their contents from the inside, and dug holes in their walls to use them in raiding adjacent homes, and spread a state of fear and panic among their residents, disregarding the presence of children, the elderly and women, and forced them to leave at gunpoint.
The Zionist enemy forces also continue to seize tall buildings inside and around the camp, and turn them into military barracks and sniper positions, coinciding with the widespread deployment of infantry squads between homes and alleys.
More families continue to be forcibly displaced from their homes, after being expelled by the enemy forces, in various neighborhoods of the camp, and the occupation threatens them not to return to them.
The Zionist aggression left complete destruction of the infrastructure and the interruption of basic services such as water, electricity, internet and communications, accompanied by a shortage of food, medical supplies, drinking water and baby milk.
On Saturday, a Palestinian citizen (51 years) was martyred, succumbing to his critical chest injury, after a Zionist sniper shot him in the Qaqun neighborhood of the camp, bringing the number of martyrs during the ongoing aggression on the city and its camp to four.
In light of the ongoing storming of the city of Tulkarm and its camp, the Education Directorate announced the conversion of the second semester today, Sunday, to electronic remote attendance for the city and suburbs, while the rest of the governorate's schools will be in-person attendance, and the decision includes private schools and kindergartens.
In the same context, the Zionist enemy forces at dawn on Sunday arrested two Palestinian citizens from Tulkarm Governorate.
Local Palestinian sources stated that the enemy forces arrested a citizen from the town of Attil and another from the village of Al-Jarushiya, after raiding their homes.
