Central interventions unit supports community initiatives in Taiz

Taiz - Saba:

The Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit on Monday launched the disbursement of support to five community initiative projects in Mawiah district of Taiz province.

The support, which includes 1,200 bags of cement and three thousand liters of diesel, aims to enhance the resilience of local communities and support their efforts to improve infrastructure, particularly road construction and rehabilitation.

Representative of the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit Eng. Badr al-Din al-Tayyar emphasized the unit's commitment to supporting community initiatives and recognizing the valuable contributions of local communities in improving their living conditions.

Mawiah district director Abdul Salam Hashim highlighted the importance of community initiatives in addressing local needs and improving infrastructure.

Hashim emphasized the need for continued coordination and collaboration between local authorities and community members to ensure the successful implementation of these projects.

This initiative demonstrates the importance of community engagement and local ownership in addressing development challenges and improving the quality of life for citizens.
