The Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mohammed Al-Mawlid, on Tuesday handed over the temporary recognition (TR) certificate to the Wusta Youth Club in Al-Sharqani, Damt District, Dhalea Governorate.
The club president, Zayed Al-Tairi, received the certificate, in the presence of the Undersecretaries of the Ministry for the Youth Sector, Abdullah Al-Razihi, and Sports, Ali Hadban, and the directors of the clubs, Taha Taj Al-Din, Legal Affairs, Ahmed Al-Mahdi, Projects, Engineer Ahmed Al-Tuwaiti, and the Youth Office in Dhalea.
During the handover, the Minister of Youth and Sports stressed the keenness to grant new clubs permits to practice sports, cultural and social activities, in accordance with the organizing regulations, to accommodate the energies of youth and youth and invest their free time to practice activities, under the supervision of the ministry and its offices in the governorates.
He stressed the need to activate the performance of clubs that have obtained temporary permits to ensure that they obtain permanent permits, pointing out the responsibility of the administrative bodies of these clubs in raising awareness, educating and preparing the appropriate environment for practicing quality sports, cultural and social activities that benefit them and their community and nation.
The Minister of Youth appreciated the honorable national stances of the youth and sons of Damt district and all the free people of Dhalea Governorate in deterring aggression and its tools, confronting challenges, and thwarting conspiracies targeting the homeland and the nation.
While the Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the Governorate and the President of the Al-Wusta Club in Sharqani, Zayed Al-Tayri, expressed their thanks to the leadership of the Ministry of Youth for the care and attention to the youth, youth and athletes in Dhalea and the entire country, and granting them a certificate of recognition of the Al-Wusta Club.
They stressed that the club will be a positive addition to the clubs of the governorate and the country, and will perform its educational, awareness, youth and sports role to serve the youth, society and the country.
