Nazareth - Saba:
The office of the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, announced that "Israel" intends to send its negotiating delegation to the Qatari capital, Doha, at the end of next week, to discuss the technical details related to the continued implementation of the prisoner exchange agreement and the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

Netanyahu's office said in a statement: The Prime Minister of the occupying entity "met in Washington with US National Security Advisor Mike Wallace and the US President's Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, and the meeting was positive and friendly."

He pointed out that the Zionist entity is preparing, following the meeting, to send a delegation to Doha at the end of next week, with the aim of discussing the technical details related to the continued implementation of the agreement.

He added: "Upon the delegation's return from the United States, the Prime Minister will hold a meeting of the Political and Security Cabinet (the Cabinet) to discuss all of Israel's positions regarding the second phase of the deal, which will guide the continuation of the negotiations."

Netanyahu arrived in the United States on Sunday evening, and is scheduled to meet with US President Donald Trump at the White House on Tuesday evening, as part of an official visit. According to Zionist reports, Netanyahu will leave the United States on Saturday evening.

Negotiations on the mechanism for implementing the second phase of the agreement were scheduled to begin yesterday, Monday, on the 16th day of the ceasefire agreement.

The Zionist newspaper "Haaretz" quoted an unnamed member of the delegation accompanying Netanyahu on his trip to Washington as saying: Netanyahu will not commit to implementing the second phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza without eliminating the Hamas movement.

The newspaper added, commenting on the second phase negotiations: "Until late Saturday, officials in "Israel" were saying that the talks would begin in the familiar format of discussing the beginning between the heads of the teams, which is held in Qatar or a European country."

On Monday evening, Trump said in response to questions from reporters at the White House: There are no guarantees regarding the continuation of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

On January 19, a ceasefire agreement and a three-stage prisoner exchange agreement, each lasting 42 days, came into effect, with negotiations underway to start the second and third, mediated by Qatar and Egypt and supported by the United States.

The Zionist enemy forces, with American support, committed genocide in Gaza between October 7, 2023 and January 19, 2025, leaving more than 159,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing, and one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
