The Emergency Developmental Interventions Unit, in coordination with the local authority of Sana’a Governorate and the Western Sector Cooperative Association, delivered an air compressor today to support community efforts in Al-Haymah Al-Dakhiliyah District.
This initiative is part of a program aimed at supporting community-driven road projects by assisting in stone-cutting operations for infrastructure development.
During the handover, attended by local officials, Engineer Wahib Al-Tawil, the monitoring officer for the Central Interventions Unit, emphasized the importance of providing such equipment to facilitate community-led projects.
He also stressed the need to maintain the equipment for long-term use and reiterated the commitment of the Ministry of Local Administration and the Interventions Unit to continue supporting community initiatives, given their crucial role in improving public services and development amid the country’s current challenges.
