An introductory workshop was held on Thursday in the capital Sana'a to prepare for Ramadan program and summer courses for the year 1446 AH.
The workshop, organized by the Technical Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, aimed to equip 48 participants from official bodies and province operations with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement and monitor the programs.
Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad emphasized the importance of thorough preparation and the need for participants to be well-informed and equipped to handle any challenges that may arise during the course of the programs.
Abdullah al-Razihi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Head of the Technical Committee for Summer Activities and Courses, highlighted the significance of these programs in fortifying youth, strengthening faith identity, and consolidating Quranic culture.
The workshop emphasized the importance of a three-pronged approach to summer schools, including model schools, open model schools, and model boarding schools.
This initiative reflects the commitment of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to providing enriching and impactful educational and recreational opportunities for youth during the summer months.
