Tulkarm - Saba:
Today, the Zionist enemy continues its aggression on the city of Tulkarm for the 12th consecutive day, amid military reinforcements and the seizure of homes and turning them into military barracks after forcing their residents to leave them.

The Palestinian News Agency said that the occupation forces sent more military reinforcements of infantry and vehicles towards the city of Tulkarm and its camp, while they are still imposing a siege on the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital and seizing the adjacent Al-Adawiya Commercial Complex, turning it into a military barrack and observation point.

She added that the occupation forces launched a campaign of raids on citizens' homes in the eastern neighborhood last night, searching them, checking the identities of their residents, and subjecting them to field investigation, in addition to smashing cameras in the city streets.

They also seized the "Al-Burhan" residential building in the eastern neighborhood, near the southwestern entrance to Tulkarm camp, and forced the residents to leave at gunpoint, and turned it into a military barracks.

The occupation forces stormed the Iktaba suburb east of Tulkarm, raided the home of the Al-Awfi family, searched it, and subjected its residents to field investigation.

Earlier last night, the occupation forces arrested a number of young men after raiding homes in the suburbs of Ezbet Al-Tayah, Dhnaba, and Al-Madinah, one of whom was severely beaten before being arrested.

Yesterday, Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces notified the family of the detainee Muhammad Jawdat Qasim Shahrour that his apartment would be seized and demolished in the eastern neighborhood of the city, and gave them a 72-hour deadline, noting that he has been detained since April 9 of last year.

The occupation forces also continue their tight siege on Tulkarm camp, and are sending more soldiers into its neighborhoods and alleys, which are almost completely empty of residents, and are seizing homes and turning them into military barracks, many of which have been subjected to total or partial demolition, bombing and burning.

The occupation forces fired live ammunition intensively and randomly at citizens' homes in the camp during the night hours, without any injuries being reported.

The forced displacement of entire families from inside the camp towards the city continues under the threat of weapons, amid the efforts of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society crews, which work daily to evacuate the elderly and the sick and transfer them to shelters spread throughout the city and its suburbs and a number of villages and towns in the governorate.

Tulkarm Governor Abdullah Kamil stated last night that (85%) of the total population of Tulkarm camp were forced to leave the camp by the occupation forces during the ongoing occupation aggression.

Statistics indicate that about (10,450) citizens, at a rate of about (2,105) families, were forcibly displaced from Tulkarm camp, leaving only (400) families inside the camp.
