The Civil Defense Directorate in the Gaza Strip revealed today, Monday, that thousands of bodies are still under the rubble and are unable to be retrieved due to the lack of equipment, and that most of them were found since the end of the Zionist aggression in Rafah.
The directorate reported, according to the Palestine Today Agency, that the humanitarian protocol stipulates sending equipment, but what is currently entering the Strip is only food.
He pointed out that there is an urgent need for 120,000 shelter tents in the Strip, as what is mainly entering the Strip is food supplies, despite the need for tents and equipment to remove rubble.
He stressed that the occupation's remnants of unexploded ordnance pose a great danger to citizens.
Between October 7, 2023 and January 19, 2025, Israel committed genocide in Gaza, leaving more than 159,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing.
