Dhamar (Saba) - The Al-Mallath Association for People with Special Needs in Dhamar Governorate distributed school bags, uniforms and encouraging gifts to 152 people with mental disabilities, autism and Down syndrome from the association's members, funded by the Disabled Care and Rehabilitation Fund.
