Palestinian medical sources announced this evening, Saturday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 48,329 martyrs, since the start of the Zionist aggression on the seventh of October 2023.
The same sources added that the toll of injuries has risen to 111,753 since the start of the aggression.
It pointed out that 10 martyrs arrived in Gaza hospitals today, 7 of them recovered, 2 new martyrs, and another from his wounds.
"Several victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, which ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach," it said.
