Yemen weather forecast: clear, cold conditions expected

Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning predicts clear and cold weather across Yemen in the next 24 hours.

The forecast indicates:

• Highlands: Clear and relatively cold to cold conditions are expected during the night and early morning in parts of Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Amran, Sana'a, and Sa'ada governorates. ¹ Afternoon low cumulus clouds may form over western and southwestern mountainous areas.
• Western Coasts: Clear to partly cloudy skies with low cloud formation are expected over inland areas of the western coasts. Active winds are anticipated in the southern western coast and Bab al-Mandab, reaching speeds of up to 22 knots.
• Desert Areas: Relatively clear and dusty weather is expected during the day, with southerly winds reaching up to 18 knots, stirring up dust and sand.

The center issued warnings citizens in the highlands are advised to prepare for cold weather and sea-goers and fishermen in the southern western coast and Bab al-Mandab are warned of rough seas and high waves.
