Tulkarm - Saba:
The Zionist occupation forces continue their aggression on the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 28th consecutive day, and on the Nour Shams camp for the 15th day, amid military reinforcements, coinciding with raids on homes and turning them into military barracks.
The Palestinian News Agency "WAFA" reported that the occupation forces, late last night, sent military reinforcements of heavy vehicles and bulldozers to the city of Tulkarm from the direction of the "Nitzani Oz" military checkpoint west of the city, and headed towards Nablus Street opposite the northern entrance to Tulkarm camp.
The agency indicated that the occupation forces intensified their military presence along Nablus Street connecting Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, and around the buildings they are seizing, amidst imposing a tight siege on them.
The Zionist infantry soldiers were deployed extensively around Tulkarm camp and its internal neighborhoods, including the agency neighborhood towards the airport neighborhood, and raided the empty houses of their residents and destroyed their contents, and re-seized a number of them and turned them into military barracks and deployed snipers inside them, amidst the sounds of live ammunition being heard intensively.
Tulkarm camp is witnessing massive and unprecedented destruction of the infrastructure caused by the bulldozers of the Zionist occupation, which affected the electricity, water, sewage and communications networks, public and private property, and what accompanied it of the demolition of more than 14 houses over the past days, and changing the features in several quarters after leveling them to the ground.
In Nour Shams camp, the Zionist occupation forces are still deployed in a number of its neighborhoods that were subjected to destruction and sabotage, especially in Al-Manshiya, Al-Shuhada, Al-Jami’, and Al-Joura, and raid homes there, after blowing up their doors and parts of them, and destroying their contents and abusing their residents and subjecting them to interrogation, where the sounds of gunfire and explosions are heard from time to time.
In the same context, the Zionist occupation forces seized two residential buildings belonging to the Al-Dido and Al-Zaghal families opposite Tulkarm camp, and conducted a wide search operation inside them and subjected the residents to interrogation and abuse, before forcing them to evacuate them, and turning them into military barracks and sniper locations, in addition to a house for the Al-Masry family opposite Al-Mahjar neighborhood in Nour Shams camp.
In light of the siege and tragic conditions witnessed by the city of Tulkarm and its two camps, and the accompanying forced displacement of more than 16,000 displaced persons from the two camps, as a result of the ongoing occupation aggression, appeals are being made by citizens who are still inside their homes on the outskirts of Tulkarm camp, and inside some neighborhoods of Nour Shams camp, to secure the arrival of their basic needs of food, water, medicine and baby milk, which is accompanied by the interruption of electricity, water and communications services, and preventing them from leaving and moving, which deepens the extent of their suffering.
At the same time, the Zionist occupation forces continue to close the gate of the Jabara checkpoint at the southern entrance to the city of Tulkarm for the 16th consecutive day, isolating the city from the villages and towns of Al-Kafriyat, and the rest of the West Bank governorates.
