The General Women's Cultural Authority held the central workshop to establish the Ramadan program for the year 1446 AH in Al-Kawthar Quranic Schools during the holy month.
The workshop, with the participation of the coordinators of Al-Kawthar Quranic Schools in various governorates, aimed to discuss the Ramadan program, presentation methods, and practical mechanisms that enable students to benefit from the lessons in various areas of social and practical life.
The participants in the workshop will hold more than 60 central and sub-workshops in their governorates, so that the lessons will be presented during the holy month of Ramadan in more than 700 schools across the governorates.
The coordinator of Al-Kawthar Quranic Schools, Amat Al-Wahab Al-Runi, pointed out the importance of the workshop in qualitative preparation for the curriculum of the holy month of Ramadan, considering it a great divine station and opportunity that should be taken advantage of.
She explained that Al-Kawthar Schools have prepared an intensive cultural program that is commensurate with the greatness of the holy month, indicating that it included Quranic sessions for review, recitation, mastery, and contemplation, and Ramadan program sessions that have a great impact in consolidating the meanings of knowing Allah, conscious trust in Him, the Almighty, and glorifying Him from everything that is not befitting of His greatness in His essence, actions, and legislation.
She pointed out that hours were allocated to study the World Quds Day binder due to the importance of reviving the Palestinian cause as a central issue in people's souls, as well as the importance of taking Quranic positions in confronting the Jews, the enemies of humanity.
According to Al-Rouni, the program also included sessions on fasting and its benefits, the importance of healthy nutrition in Ramadan, and flashes that enhance the greatness of the Night of Power in people's souls and the motives to strive hard to seize it and realize it as an unparalleled opportunity in the world, in addition to lessons in Zakat and the importance of distributing it in its proper channels in an effort to achieve the lofty objectives of legitimate Zakat in the soul and in reality.
The program also included a flash about the crimes of the US-Saudi aggression for ten years, and consolidating the factors of steadfastness in confronting this aggression.
Al-Rouni stressed the importance of seizing the holy month to stock up on Allah's guidance and to turn to it by inviting all women to the Al-Kawthar Quranic schools where these lessons are offered.
During the workshop, a Quran memorization competition was held and participants in memorizing Surah Al-Imran were honored with symbolic gifts.
