The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i,on behalf of himself, the Presidency, the members of the House and its General Secretariat, expressed the highest congratulations and best wishes to the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, on the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
On this solemn religious occasion, Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i extended his congratulations to H.E. Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, members of the Political Council, all the free and noble Yemeni people, and the brave heroes of the armed and security forces in all parts of Great Yemen.
He pointed out that this great religious occasion coincides with the victories of stopping the aggression and ending the siege on the brothers in Gaza as a fruit of steadfastness after more than 15 months of patience and sacrifice in the way of God and confronting the Zionist invaders and occupiers.
"We look forward to a just and honorable peace that preserves Yemen's unity and sovereignty and the nation's dignity and consideration," he said, stressing the importance of receiving the holy month with more solidarity and cohesion, strengthening the steadfastness of the Yemeni people with all its components and living forces and rallying around the national, national and Islamic constants and the directives of the revolution leader, Sayyid Abdul Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi and the political leadership in the battle for change and construction to alleviate the burdens and effects caused by the repercussions of the aggression and blockade.
In the session held today under the chairmanship of Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i, and in the presence of the government side, represented by the head of the State Legal Office, Dr. Ismail Al-Mahakri, the House discussed a draft law for the year 1446 AH as an alternative to Law No. (3) of 2004 on the Council of Ministers.
The House of Representatives' discussion of the project comes in light of the report of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee on the results of its study of the draft law, which contains 60 articles distributed in five chapters.
After a lengthy debate, the House of Representatives passed the bill in its final form after an article-by-article vote.
