Beirut - Saba:
Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Lebanese Hezbollah Sheikh Ali Damoush on Friday thanked the participants in the funeral of the master of the nation's martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, including Yemen.
He said, "I extend my thanks to the dear, proud Yemen with its people and mujahideen / fighters," noting that the Saudi-American blockade prevented a greater and broader participation of the Yemeni leadership and people in the funeral of the two martyrs, Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din.
This came in a speech he delivered at the press conference of the Supreme Committee for the Funeral Ceremonies of the Master of the Nation's Martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, to announce the conclusion of the funeral ceremonies.
Sheikh Damoush stressed that "the main message that our people conveyed with their impressive presence at the funeral of the two martyrs is that they are present in the field," adding "This day of yours was truly one of Allah's days and a day of victory."
