Heads of the Social Affairs and Services Committees in the capital Sana'a have inspected several Ramadan charitable kitchens in Maeen and al-Wahda district.
Hamoud al-Naqeeb and Adel al-Aqari visited kitchens organized by the Diamond Foundation for Development, Anera for Relief and Development, and Wissam for Development and Response. These kitchens are providing meals to 1,400 families in Maeen and 300 families in al-Wahda.
The officials were briefed on the kitchens' operations, including meal preparation and distribution to impoverished families as part of Iftar projects and social solidarity programs, supported by philanthropic contributions.
They praised the efforts of the kitchen staff and volunteers in implementing these charitable initiatives, which demonstrate the values of solidarity, compassion, and cooperation within the community.
