Minister of Information reviews progress of work in General Program Sector - Sana'a Radio

Minister of Information Hashem Sharaf al-Din reviewed on Sunday the progress of work in the General Program Sector - Sana'a Radio.

The Minister of Information discussed with the head of the sector, Abdulrahman al-Humran, and the general managers, the level of performance in the radio, as well as the level of implementation of the approved Ramadan programming map and the difficulties facing the work and ways to address them according to the available capabilities.

The meeting touched on the technical difficulties and obstacles that hinder work in Sana'a Radio, especially with regard to radio broadcast coverage to the various governorates of the Republic, and the means to put the necessary treatments for them.

The Minister of Information stressed the keenness to enhance the performance of Sana'a Radio, which is the voice of all Yemenis and everyone listens to its programs, which requires concerted efforts to restore the radio's status, brilliance, and ethereal creative style.

He noted the steadfastness of the radio leadership and cadres and their insistence on carrying out their duty in confronting the lies of the aggression and confronting its plans, despite the challenges facing the radio in light of the scarcity of resources.

The Minister of Information was briefed on the progress of work in a number of Ramadan radio programs, including "Basma" program, which is prepared and presented by media professionals Ahmed al-Bahri and Ali al-Sayani, and is broadcast at six o'clock in the evening every day during the month of Ramadan, as well as the live broadcast studio in "Al-Asil Newspaper" program, which is presented by media professionals Mohammed al-Sharafi, Amani Amer and Amal Ibrahim, and is broadcast at four o'clock in the afternoon every day during Ramadan.

In a live interview within the "Al-Asil Newspaper" program, which is broadcast by the radio, Minister Sharaf al-Din praised the level of implementation of radio activities and the program map at Sana'a Radio, and the efforts of the radio leadership and cadres in carrying out the tasks assigned to them with dedication and sincerity.
