Sana'a – SABA:
A meeting, chaired by the Secretary-General of the Local Council of the Capital Sanaa, Ameen Jumaan, discussed the conditions of shelter centers in the capital and ways to support them.
The meeting, which included the Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, addressed the essential needs of these centers to ensure their continued services. It also explored coordination mechanisms with the private sector to contribute to meeting these needs and providing care for the residents as part of corporate social responsibility, especially amid the country’s challenging circumstances.
During the meeting, Jumaan and Al-Naqeeb urged those in charge of the centers to redouble their efforts in maintaining the necessary services for the residents, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing this humanitarian aspect.
