Sana'a - Saba:
The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid. Abdul-Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi, confirmed that the decision to ban the enemy's navigation through the Red Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea has come into effect.
In a speech this evening regarding the decision to ban the navigation of Israeli enemy ships in the declared operational zone, the Leader of the Revolution indicated that any Israeli ship passing through the declared operational zone will be targeted.
He pointed out that the enemy's actions of preventing aid from entering the Gaza Strip and closing crossings aim to starve the Palestinian people in the sector, considering the starvation of two million Palestinians in Gaza a major crime described with all the attributes of grave crimes, constituting a war crime and a crime against humanity.
He explained that the silence and stagnation in the Arab stance towards this escalatory step and the imposition of forced displacement is a great sin and a shirking of major responsibility, noting that the ceiling of the Arab regimes' stance, no matter how aggressive, escalatory, unjust, and criminal the enemy's actions are, is clear to the Israeli enemy and its American ally.
The Leader mentioned that the ceiling of the Arab stance, and behind it the Islamic stance for the most part, is the issuance of statements, even in their wording, that are carefully crafted not to be too strong in tone. He emphasized that this stance from a nation of two billion Muslims is not the correct stance for a nation with all these capabilities and resources.
He considered the Arab and Islamic stance to be far from meeting the level of humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibility expected from this nation towards the oppression of a people who are part of it. He pointed out that the criminal, aggressive, and unjust steps taken by the Israeli enemy come with American support and Arab-Islamic inaction.
He said, "Two factors are encouraging the Israeli enemy: American support and partnership, and the Trump administration's team, which is more Zionist, brazen, and bold in their clear hostility towards the Palestinian people and Muslims in general."
The Leader of the Revolution explained that the Trump administration's elements are keen to distinguish themselves with more aggressive steps than those taken by the Biden administration before them. He noted that the enemy considers the circumstances favorable due to Arab inaction and open American support, emboldening them to take such aggressive steps.
He added, "In the Arab arena, this state of inaction is affecting the stance in other Islamic countries as well. Arab inaction is influencing the inaction of many Islamic countries; otherwise, their positions would be stronger than they are now."
He affirmed that major Arab regimes are complicit with the Americans and Israelis, working to prevent any practical steps that serve the Palestinian cause.
He stated that the statements from Arab summits are toned down even in their wording and expression, and are not accompanied by any practical steps, no matter how simple. Meanwhile, there are no practical steps from the Arab League, neither politically at the level of diplomatic boycotts nor economically in any form.
He said, "The negative stances towards our mujahideen brothers in Palestine have not changed, and Arab regimes have not altered their classifications of them as terrorists. Worse still is what the World Bank announced about some Arab regimes opening a land route to circumvent the Yemeni blockade against the Israeli enemy."
The Leader questioned, "Will the Arab regimes deny what the World Bank has announced, or are they indeed involved in this? The latter is closer to the truth."
He mentioned that during the aggression on the Gaza Strip, videos were published of trucks loaded with goods being transported by Arabs to the Israeli enemy. He affirmed that if the Israeli enemy decided to exterminate the entire Palestinian people, the Arab stance would not exceed the ceiling of statements containing some wishes. If the Israeli enemy decided to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque or completely displace the Palestinian people, the Arab stance would be limited to statements of condemnation and denunciation.
The Leader of the Revolution considered the ceiling of Arab condemnation a very serious matter that encourages the Israeli enemy in its gradual escalatory path, which is part of a clear program with defined goals and objectives.
He said, "The peoples of our nation should not tie their stances to the level of the Arab regimes' ceiling, as this ceiling reflects a state of inaction and shirking of responsibility." He emphasized that the Arab rejection of granting land for the displacement of the Palestinian people is good but is indeed at a very low level compared to what they should be doing.
He explained that the Arab regimes realize that accepting the displacement of the Palestinian people is a hostile step that goes beyond supporting Israel economically, politically, and through encouragement and incitement. He pointed out that the Arab regimes' acceptance of displacement would turn them into direct aggressors against the Palestinian people, not just inactive or complicit parties.
The Leader of the Revolution noted that the steps taken by the Israeli enemy must be met with practical measures.
He said, "We have moved towards the decision to ban Israeli navigation based on our understanding that practical steps must be taken in the face of Israeli obstinacy and brutality." He pointed out that American support enables the Israeli enemy to take significant aggressive steps that can only be stopped through deterrence and strong, practical stances.
The Leader of the Revolution affirmed that "the ban on Zionist navigation is not the ceiling of our stance but the first step in our position. We will move towards other escalatory steps with a high ceiling if the Israeli enemy continues to starve the Palestinian people and prevents the entry of aid." He clarified that all practical options are on the table in response to the continued starvation of the Palestinian people.
He continued, "The reality of the Arab regimes is that they are either inactive or hostile to those who take practical stances against the criminal, aggressive escalation of the Israeli enemy."
He added, "Some Arab regimes oppose us with the utmost hostility. Why? Because we stand with such stances in support of the Palestinian people and liberation causes. Even some Arab regimes sympathetic to us view our stance as foolish, reckless, and inappropriate, with many directing blame towards us."
He went on to say, "We realize that in this critical historical era, where blame is often directed at those who stand for the truth, there are many who criticize and blame in various forms."
The Leader of the Revolution stated, "Some classify our stance as inconsistent with general interests, political gains, and economic benefits, while others doubt it." He emphasized that "all blame, protest, criticism, and pressure should be directed at the Israeli enemy for seeking to starve the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip."
He added, "Everyone should direct blame, criticism, protest, media campaigns, and all forms of attack and political pressure towards the enemy. Everyone has a duty to support any stance that backs the Palestinian people, as long as it is a practical, effective step that pressures the Israeli enemy."
Mr. Abdul-Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi explained that the significant distortion in the reality of the nation is such that blame is often directed against the rightful stance, while silence and disregard are shown towards the unjust and wrongful stance.
He reiterated that America stands with the Israeli enemy in full partnership in all its escalatory and aggressive steps, even participating in threats and intimidation against the Palestinian people. He pointed out that "the West's relationship, support, and backing of the Israeli enemy are clear. In contrast, what is the practical Arab stance? What are the actual steps?"
The Leader also affirmed that the facts expose the complicity of major Arab regimes through their active cooperation with the Israeli enemy. He noted that major Arab regimes give the Palestinians a written statement on paper, with no practical steps behind it, while opening land routes for economic support to the enemy. Moreover, major Arab regimes secretly incite the Israeli enemy to take aggressive steps against the Palestinian people, which is truly regrettable.
He said, "Let any Arab observer compare what the Europeans are doing for Ukraine with what the Arabs are doing for Palestine, and they will find a very significant difference." He pointed out that the Arab situation is largely one of inaction, complicity in some cases, and cooperation with the Israeli enemy in others, along with the containment of stances.
He added, "Some Arabs have turned their attention to Ukraine as well, meaning they are preoccupied with the West and not available to focus on the Palestinian cause and the concerns of our Arab and Islamic nation."
The Leader affirmed that "the step announced by our armed forces is the first step, and our ceiling is very high." He said, "All options are on the table in our practical readiness and for implementation if the enemy does not stop the siege and starvation of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip."
