Occupied Al-Quds – SABA:
Around 70,000 worshippers performed Isha and Taraweeh prayers on Tuesday at Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the strict military measures imposed by the Israeli occupation forces restricting access to the holy site.
According to the Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem, as reported by the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the majority of worshippers were from Jerusalem and the 1948-occupied territories.
Meanwhile, Israeli authorities continue to bar thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank from reaching Jerusalem to pray at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
