The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented four massacres in four Syrian governorates, killing 93 civilians. This brings the total number of victims to 1,476 civilians and the number of massacres to 54 since March 6, in the Syrian coast and mountainous areas.
This followed attacks launched by local armed groups on security and defense personnel positions controlled by extremist groups.
