Hamas & Jihad discuss ceasefire agreement implementation

Doha - Saba:
Delegations from the leadership of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) discussed the resumption of negotiations to finalize the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, in addition to the Zionist enemy's continuous violations in Gaza Strip.

According to a statement issued by Hamas, "a delegation of the movement's leadership headed by Mohammed Darwish, head of the leadership council, received a delegation from the Islamic Jihad movement, including Ziad al-Nakhaleh and his deputy, Dr. Mohammed al-Hindi, on Thursday in the Qatari capital, Doha."

The two sides emphasized the need for full commitment to the terms of the ceasefire and its various phases, especially the withdrawal from the Philadelphia axis, the opening of the crossings, the implementation of the humanitarian protocol, the entry of all the needs of Gaza Strip, and the unconditional implementation of the second phase of the agreement.

The attendees emphasized the resistance's commitment to continue the "faithful" implementation of what it signed in the ceasefire agreement and its full readiness to complete this implementation.

The meeting condemned the crimes committed by the Zionist enemy in occupied Al-Quds and the West Bank, the destruction of camps in Jenin, Nur Shams , other areas , cities in the West Bank, and the prevention of worshippers from praying in the Ibrahimi Mosque, which is considered a serious violation , an attack on Islamic endowments and religious sites.
