Latakia – SABA:
Three people were killed and 12 others injured on Saturday following an explosion in a building in the Al-Raml Al-Janoubi neighborhood of Latakia, northwestern Syria, according to official media.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the explosion was an "accident" caused by remnants of war.
The observatory clarified that the explosion resulted from a war remnant missile that detonated while being dismantled by a scrap collector inside his home.
