Third Qur'anic competition for university & community college students began in Sana'a

Sana'a - Saba:
The third Holy Qur'an competition for students of public and private universities and community colleges, organized by the Higher Education Sector in partnership with 21 September University, began .

The competition aims to encourage students to memorize, and recite the Book of God, promote faith identity, moral values and Qur'anic culture among them, as well as develop relations between them and increase their knowledge of the Book of God and its sciences.

At the opening, Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research Dr. Hatem Al-Dais stressed the importance of the competition in encouraging male , female students of universities and community colleges to memorize and master the Holy Qur'an, and to promote faith identity among them.

Dr. Mujahid Maasar, president of the September 21 University of Medical and Applied Sciences, stressed the importance of the Holy Qur'an competition, which the university is hosting for the third consecutive year in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.

The Vice President of 21 September University of Medical and Applied Sciences for Academic Affairs, Dr. Muti Abu Areej, and the Director of Activities at the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, Abdulkarim Al-Dahhak, pointed out the importance of organizing the third edition of the Holy Qur'an competition to strengthen the faith identity among the students of universities , community colleges, both public , private, and to develop their Qur'anic culture.
