Sana'a - Saba:
The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that Yemen will resume escalation at the highest levels and will do everything in its power against the Israeli enemy, while also confronting any American aggression against our country in response to its military operations against the Israeli enemy.
In his speech today regarding the developments of the Israeli aggression on Gaza and regional and international updates, the Leader of the Revolution pointed out that the criminal, vile, and malicious Israeli enemy has resumed its aggression with the genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza, violating the agreement to halt aggression, end the siege, and stop starvation. This came after more than two weeks of breaching the agreement by preventing the entry of aid.
He noted that since resuming its genocidal campaign, the Israeli enemy has killed hundreds of Palestinians, most of whom are children and women. He emphasized that the Israeli enemy resumed its genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip with American advice, as the Americans themselves have declared.
He explained that the conditions in Gaza are extremely difficult, with immense suffering and an unparalleled humanitarian catastrophe. The people of Gaza are not only suffering from starvation but also from thirst, as they struggle even to obtain drinking water.
The Leader of the Revolution highlighted that the Israeli enemy, in its heinous crimes, genocide, and starvation tactics, relies on American partnership. He stressed that, along with American protection for the Israeli enemy, Arab inaction contributes to the Israeli enemy's audacity and its horrific crimes and massive aggression.
He stated, "There are no more red lines, and the Israeli enemy has disregarded all considerations in its genocidal campaign, comprehensive destruction, and brutal killings." He explained that the Israeli enemy is confident that there will be no serious Arab action, even at the minimum level.
The Leader pointed out that some Arab regimes are inciting the enemy to continue its aggression against the Gaza Strip, which is a dangerous issue that encourages the Zionists. He noted that Arab inaction is affecting the Islamic stance, and if the Arabs had taken the required action, many Islamic countries would have moved with them.
He clarified that when Islamic countries take higher-level actions in support of Palestine, Arab regimes quickly take a negative stance toward them. He added that the Israeli enemy violates agreements with clear obligations and guarantees and returns to its genocidal crimes.
The Leader also affirmed that the Americans and Israelis are two sides of the same coin, sharing a horrific criminal record unmatched in the world.
He said, "Some Arabs are trying to steer our countries toward friendly and positive relations with the Israeli enemy under the guise of normalization. It is a crime and a disgrace for an Arab country to have a positive relationship with an entity like the Israeli regime, given its hatred and criminality." He emphasized that there is no alternative to taking responsibility in confronting the Israeli enemy and standing against it due to its aggression, evil, and tyranny.
The Leader explained that the Israeli enemy poses a real danger to our entire nation, across its countries and peoples. He pointed out that hatred and criminality toward our nation are systematic and entrenched behavior of the Israeli enemy, and if it were able to eliminate the Palestinian cause, it would direct its crimes toward other countries without any regard.
He continued, "For those who bet on agreements, the Israeli enemy does not respect agreements with Arab countries, even if the Americans are guarantors." He stressed that the Israeli enemy, along with the Americans, are violators and criminals who do not fulfill their obligations, which is a significant lesson for those who bet on agreements.
He pointed out that "those who bet on agreements with them should see how they violate and evade agreements and their obligations." He added, "With all impudence, they are trying to pressure Hamas to accept completing the prisoner exchange away from the clear terms of the agreement and without entering the second phase of the agreement."
The Leader of the Revolution noted that the Israeli enemy wanted to continue the war to strip Hamas of the prisoners' card without entering the second phase of the agreement. He explained that the Israeli enemy is evading the obligations of the second phase, which include stopping the aggression on Gaza and completing the withdrawal from Gaza.
He clarified that Hamas cannot compromise on the obligations of the second phase or trade them to avoid war. He emphasized that the Israeli enemy wants to strip Hamas of the prisoners' card, which remains a pressure tool in its hands.
He affirmed that the Israeli enemy wants Hamas to proceed on an alternative path instead of the second phase, without fulfilling its obligations. He said, "Hamas cannot compromise on being stripped of the prisoners' card, after which the Israelis would return to aggression against the Gaza Strip."
He stated that the Israeli enemy's actions of genocide, targeting civilians, and starving the population in the Gaza Strip are unjustifiable. He emphasized that Zionist crimes are entirely unjustifiable, even if the enemy is in confrontation with the resistance, but they have reached the peak of impudence, aggression, exposure, and audacity.
He noted that the Zionists are reassured by the absence of any serious action to hold them accountable for their crimes, from the Islamic world to the rest of the world. He stressed that it was the duty of Muslims to form an effective and strong global movement against the Israeli enemy.
The Leader of the Revolution explained that the rest of the world will not act more than the Muslims, and it looks at many of them without a stance, while some are complicit. He pointed out that some countries in the world have acted more than the majority of Islamic regimes in terms of political and economic boycotts of the Israeli enemy, and it is unfortunate that Arab regimes and many Islamic countries do not rise to the level of cutting political and economic relations with the enemy.
He affirmed that Muslims have a religious responsibility to support Palestine, which means that God will hold them accountable for their negligence and failure in this responsibility. He explained that the peak of criminality, aggression, tyranny, and injustice exists in the Israeli enemy, and the nation has a responsibility to engage in jihad for the sake of God.
He said, "Jihad was only imposed to confront the tyranny, criminality, and evil practiced by the Israeli enemy."
The Leader questioned, "Where is the movement of the nation at all levels to strive in the way of God militarily, politically, economically, and media-wise in every field?" He emphasized that the responsibility is immense in light of what is happening and unfolding before the eyes and ears of the nation and within this nation in Palestine, and there is potential for a broad movement from many countries, but they are influenced by the Arab and Islamic stance.
He pointed out that the movement at the level of responsibility is military action, given the capabilities possessed by Arab and Islamic regimes, but this has become out of reach. He said, "Military action has become something that regimes and governments cannot undertake, but why not provide military support to the mujahideen in Palestine?"
The Leader explained that despite the military capabilities possessed by the Israeli enemy, with America providing it with weapons in massive quantities and funding from its budget, Western countries, such as Britain and Germany, supported the Israeli enemy with weapons.
He added, "In the face of Western support for the enemy, why don't Arab and Islamic countries provide weapons to the mujahideen brothers in Palestine?"
The Leader noted that Arab countries, instead of supporting the Palestinian resistance, criticize Iran when it provides military support to the resistance and oppose it for that reason.
He reiterated that the Palestinian resistance needs money and weapons, and this is the responsibility of Arab and Islamic countries. He said, "Among the negative stances toward the resistance in Palestine is its classification as terrorism. Why don't Arab countries take a step to change that?"
He added, "It is clear that Arab regimes do not want to act seriously and sincerely in practical stances against the Israeli enemy." He explained that the Israeli enemy continues to benefit significantly from Arab and Islamic countries economically.
He affirmed that the enemy benefits economically from Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, and these countries have to impose an economic boycott.
He said, "Those who have relations with the enemy have a responsibility to take a serious stance and cut their economic and political ties with it." He stressed the necessity of a broad media movement to expose the Israeli enemy and its crimes and to support the Palestinian people.
The Leader also emphasized that there should be a media movement to influence global public opinion to take practical action to prevent the continuation of genocide.
He pointed out that there are official steps available in our Arab and Islamic world if there is seriousness and a sense of responsibility to act and do something. He explained that the continued inaction from any practical stances or steps at any level encourages the Israeli enemy to continue its actions.
The Leader stated that the people have a great responsibility, and it is hoped that they will act within their capabilities. An economic boycott of the Americans and the Israeli enemy is possible across our Islamic world. He said, "People who cannot engage in clear activities to support the Palestinian people can boycott American and Israeli goods."
He noted that the people in Gulf countries, Egypt, and other Arab nations have an opportunity and a responsibility to boycott American and Israeli goods on a large scale. He explained that the more people engage in economic boycotts, the greater the impact on the Americans.
He said, "It is important to pressure the Americans because they are partners and protectors, and their role is fundamental in the aggression against Gaza. There are alternatives in the boycott issue other than American and Israeli goods." He pointed out that there is a wide scope in many countries for media activists, media outlets, and social media platforms to support the Palestinian people.
He added, "It is very important to strive on social media platforms to influence the global arena, mobilize public opinion, and raise awareness in various countries to support the Palestinian people. Free people around the world have to return to their activities in solidarity with the Palestinian people through various initiatives."
The Leader emphasized the importance of resuming protests and university activities in countries around the world and for everyone to feel human, moral, and religious responsibility. He noted that watching the genocide in Gaza is truly shameful, disgraceful, and a stain on all of humanity. No one will escape the disgrace of watching the genocide in Gaza or its dire consequences in this life and the hereafter.
The Leader of the Revolution explained that the dear Yemeni people confirmed their stance in supporting the Palestinian people through their massive million-man march yesterday. He said, "We affirm that we will resume escalation at the highest levels and will do everything in our power against the Israeli enemy, and we will confront any American aggression against our country in response to our operations against the Israeli enemy."
The Leader addressed the Palestinian people, saying, "You are not alone. God is with you, and we are with you. We feel your pain, we grieve your sorrow, and we act with all our might to support you. We will spare no effort in supporting you, and we ask God Almighty to help and guide us in this."
He pointed out that it is important for all members of the nation in this blessed month to turn to God in prayer while taking practical action within their capabilities. Every person has a responsibility to support the Palestinian people to the best of their ability, whether through financial means or boycotting American and Israeli goods.
The Leader noted that the enemy relies on material capabilities for its armament and wars, and therefore everyone must engage in economic boycotts. He affirmed that everyone has a responsibility to support the Palestinian people within their field, expertise, and capabilities.
