The supervisory committee of the third conference "Palestine, the central issue of the nation" reviewed the final arrangements for holding the conference in its meeting today, chaired by Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahawi, head of the committee.
The committee began its meeting by reading al-Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs who died in the US aggression on the capital Sana'a , a number of provinces, and the souls of the martyrs in Gaza Strip.
The committee prayed to God Almighty to write them in the highest level and to grant a speedy recovery to all the injured and wounded.
The committee reviewed the report presented by the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, Dr. Abdulrahim Al-Hamran, and his deputy, Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, on the progress of the final preparations for the conference and the level of completion of the committees' tasks assigned to them in preparation for the conference.
The committee reviewed the statistics related to the conference, which included the number of participating countries, a total of eight countries, including Yemen, in addition to the number of research and working papers that were accepted, which amounted to 173 research and working papers distributed among the various themes of the conference out of 272 research and working papers that were submitted.
The committee was briefed on the conference research discussion program and the scientific methodology on which the program is based.
The meeting formed the committee to draft the final statement of the conference, in addition to reviewing the more than 65 personalities who will participate from abroad, whether by attendance or through direct video communication, according to the head of the conference's international relations committee, Judge Muhammad Abu Al-Rajal.
The Prime Minister, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, praised the efforts exerted by the Preparatory Committee and the various committees to accomplish all the preparatory tasks on the way to holding the conference.
He pointed out the strategic importance of this conference in light of the qualitative developments witnessed by the Palestinian cause since the launch of the Al-Aqsa flood , in light of the enemy's reneging on the agreement and its resumption of the criminal aggression on Gaza.
Al-Rahwi emphasized that Yemen's leadership, government and people will continue to support their Palestinian brethren with all available means and capabilities.
