Sana'a receives sixth cement donation for community development projects

Sana'a - Saba:

The Central Interventions Unit for Emergency Development has delivered its sixth batch of cement to Sana'a province, supporting community initiative projects. The shipment, consisting of 5,000 bags of cement, will be distributed across the province's districts.

This contribution is part of a program designed to bolster community-led development initiatives in partnership with local authorities.

Abdullah al-Marwani, head of the province's development team, emphasized that the support aligns with directives from the revolution leader and the Supreme Political Council President, prioritizing community-driven development.

He praised the Central Development Interventions Unit's role in supporting these initiatives, as well as the Ministry of Local and Rural Administration and Development's commitment to service and development projects. He also acknowledged the active participation of Sana'a residents in implementing projects related to roads, education, and water.

Engineer Mohammed al-Nadhari, Director of Community Initiatives, expressed gratitude for the cement donation and highlighted the importance of expanding these projects across various sectors.

Engineer Wahib al-Tawil, Follow-up Officer at the Interventions Unit, explained that the support aims to stimulate community involvement and encourage further development initiatives, particularly in rural areas.
