I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
I extend my greetings to the oppressed Palestinian people, to those steadfast at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to the dear mujahidin in Gaza and the West Bank. I also pay tribute to the noble martyrs on the path to Al-Quds from Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran, as well as to the mujahidin on all fronts of support and to the nations that carry the banner of jihad and take a leading position within the Ummah in confronting Jewish-Zionist, Israeli-American tyranny and aggression.
In this year's speech at the Al-Quds Platform, we remember the two dear historical leaders:
- The martyr of Islam and humanity, Al-Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah be pleased with him)
- The great martyr and leader of Al-Aqsa and Palestine, Ismail Haniyeh (May Allah be pleased with him).
Their words and positions expressed a just cause, awakening the Ummah and having a significant impact on the ground. Such words and positions were motivated by their sincere will and serious intent and came within the framework of their historical roles, their leading presence, and their great contributions. They gave everything for the sake of Allah (the Almighty) on the path to Al-Quds and played a vital role in confronting Israeli tyranny and aggression of Israel, taking a leading position among our Islamic Ummah in carrying the banner of jihad for the sake of Allah.
We also remember a great and dear leader who participated in last year's Al-Quds Platform, the former Iranian president, martyr Al-Sayyid Ibrahim Raisi (May Allah have mercy on him). He stood out as a role model to other presidents because of his sincerity and concern for this cause, embodying the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran practically.
Discussing the Palestinian cause to clarify the necessity of a correct position that meets the level of responsibility and the scale of the challenge is extremely important. The aggressive course of action taken by the Israeli enemy, which enjoys American participation, is clearly aimed at eliminating the Palestinian cause and displacing the Palestinian people from their homeland. This is evident in the statements and declared positions from both the Americans and Israelis; it is not merely accusations or talk of intentions. It is also clear in the aggressive and criminal practices of the Israeli enemy against the Palestinian people, including the ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip, which involves collective extermination, comprehensive destruction, starvation, and thirst. This is not to mention the atrocities committed by the Israeli enemy in the West Bank, in various governorates such as Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nablus, which include killings, the destruction of homes, and the displacement of tens of thousands of Palestinians.
Therefore, Arab countries, before any other countries, must engage in serious endeavours and take a courageous and historic move to prevent the displacement of the Palestinian people and to reject normalisation with the Israeli enemy, given their religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibilities, as well as their national security.
The Israeli enemy cannot displace the Palestinian people except through Arab passivity and complicity, and this is something to be wary of, as it would be participation in the crime alongside the Israeli enemy. If the Israeli enemy were to achieve this, the next target would be the surrounding Arab countries, as the Israeli enemy is already continuing its aggressions against Lebanon, violating the agreement with Lebanon, and encroaching upon Syria. This is not to mention its clear ambitions regarding Jordan, Egypt, and others.
The only thing that can stop the Israeli enemy and its American partner is taking serious and sincere action. Muslims have the ability to do this if they approach it earnestly and place their trust in Allah, the Almighty. They can also provide the necessary and sufficient support to the Palestinian people and their dear mujahidin, which would help establish deterrence against the Israeli enemy, rather than simply watching and allowing the Israeli enemy to attempt to impose a violation-based equation that poses a threat to the entire Ummah.Muslims must beware of despair and psychological defeat, and they should have faith in Allah and His promise of the eventual downfall of the temporary, criminal, usurping Israeli entity: Allah says in the Holy Quran, {'Then when the final [second] promise came, [We sent your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the masjid [the temple in Al-Quds], as they entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had taken over with [total] destruction'}[Al-Isra 17:7]; He also says, {'But if you return [to sin], We will return [to punishment]'}[Al-Isra 17:8].
Yemen, both at the official and grassroots levels, has taken a stand based on its authentic affiliation to faith, which the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) expressed by saying, 'The belief is that of the Yemenites, and sagacity is that of the Yemenites.' Yemen has mobilised comprehensively to support the Palestinian people at all levels and has contributed alongside the fronts of support in the Axis of Jihad, Al-Quds, and Resistance through military participation, including:
- naval operations targeting ships associated with the Israeli enemy in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, and, in some cases, the Mediterranean Sea; and
- launching hundreds of ballistic missiles, drones, and hypersonic missiles towards occupied Palestine to target Israeli enemy positions.
Our dear people have carried the banner of jihad for the sake of Allah, responding to His calls and repeated commands in the Holy Quran. What greater and nobler struggle is there than the struggle for Allah against the Israeli and American tyranny? This tyranny has reached the worst levels of oppression, crime, and brutality as seen in their genocide of women and children, their killing of Muslims, their starvation of millions of the Palestinian people, their desecration of holy sites, first and foremost the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and their usurpation of rights and properties, along with land confiscation—all forms of oppression and crime. This is not to mention their insults to the Messenger of Allah Muhammad (PBUH&F), their destruction of mosques, the tearing and burning of copies of the Quran, and their open hostility towards Islam and Muslims!
Allah (the Almighty) says in the Holy Quran, {'O you who believe, fear Allah and seek the means [to draw near] to Him and strive in His cause so that you may succeed'}[Al-Ma'idah 5:35].. He also says, {'O you who have attained faith, if you support Allah, He will grant you victory and strengthen your foothold'}[Muhammad 47:7]. If the Ummah does not mobilise for jihad in the way of Allah against this Israeli and American tyranny, then when will it act?! And if it does not stand with the Palestinian people in the face of the clear and globally acknowledged injustice they are enduring, then with whom will it stand? This should be taken seriously, especially as the Israeli enemy continues to violate the clear agreement and its obligations, alongside the Americans, who were guarantors of those obligations, only to breach them and support it in its violations while continuing to starve and blockade the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
In conclusion, we reaffirm our steadfastness on our principled, faithful, humanitarian, and moral position in supporting the Palestinian people with all that we can, without hesitation or retreat, relying on Allah (the Almighty), placing our trust in Him, and being confident in His victory, for {'Excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper'}[Al-Anfal 8:40].
We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him. O Allah! Have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. You are the Hearer of Prayer!
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
