Washington - Saba:
The United States has announced its support for the Israeli entity in its aggression by bombing the southern Beirut suburb for the first time in months, claiming it was in response to the launch of two rockets from southern Lebanon, despite Hezbollah's denial of responsibility for the launch.
U.S. State Department spokesperson, Tammy Bruce, stated that the Israeli entity has the right to respond in Lebanon to the rockets launched by Hezbollah toward it.
Bruce added that the Lebanese government has the responsibility to disarm Hezbollah to prevent similar attacks in the future, according to her.
Israeli warplanes bombed a building in the southern suburb on Friday, marking the first time since the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and the Israeli entity was reached at the end of November last year.
