Jenin - Saba:
The Israeli enemy continues its aggression for the 76th consecutive day on Jenin city and camp, amid bulldozing and burning of homes, demolishing others, and converting them into military barracks.

The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, reported that Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition this morning at a group of workers near the apartheid wall on the lands of the village of Rummana, northwest of Jenin, as they attempted to reach their work inside the 1948 territories. This resulted in a young Palestinian man being shot in the foot with a live bullet.

The WAFA news agency reported that Israeli soldiers threw a hand grenade in the Al-Hadaf neighborhood during their raid on Saturday evening. They also raided the Sama Jenin building near the Al-Jabariyat neighborhood. Meanwhile, military reinforcements and armored vehicles continue to be sent to the city and camp, from the Al-Jalama military checkpoint to the camp's perimeter.

An infantry force has been deployed in the Al-Ghabz area surrounding the camp and in the Wadi Burqin area. They continue to pave and widen roads, alter the camp's landscape, and demolish civilian homes.

The Israeli army continues its military training around the Al-Jalama military checkpoint north of Jenin, firing live ammunition from time to time in the vicinity of the empty Jenin camp.

Yesterday, Saturday, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Silat al-Dhahr, south of Jenin, and searched Palestinian vehicles, disrupting the movement of civilians and vehicles.

The humanitarian situation of approximately 21,000 displaced Palestinians forcibly displaced from their homes in Jenin camp by the Israeli enemy is worsening, especially as they have lost their source of income and property and are prevented from returning.

It is estimated that 600 homes in the camp have been destroyed, while approximately 3,000 housing units have become uninhabitable.

According to data, the economic situation of the 21,000 displaced persons represents a new reality and challenge on the humanitarian level in Jenin, increasing the poverty rate in the Jenin community, especially with the displacement of the displaced people and their loss of their jobs and businesses.

The number of Palestinian martyrs in the governorate has risen to 36, while the Israeli enemy continues to launch raids and arrests in the governorate's villages and towns on an almost daily basis.
