Nouakchott - Saba:
Turkey witnessed a large gathering on Monday, including scholars and clerics, who demonstrated in front of the Zionist enemy's consulate in Istanbul.
The demonstrators demanded an end to the criminal war and genocidal plot, and the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.
The chants condemned the massacres that the Israeli enemy has been perpetrating since October 7 against the residents of the Gaza Strip. They denounced American support, affirmed their support for the rights of the Palestinian people, and their support for their oppression, defending their right to life and the establishment of an independent state on their national soil.
They expressed their rejection of the Islamic and Arab failure to support the Palestinian cause and silence regarding the conspiracies to liquidate it.
Monday was declared a global day to support Gaza and demand an end to the aggression against it. The majority of the public in most countries and capitals around the world responded to these calls.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have launched an aggression against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 50,752 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 115,475 others, according to a preliminary toll.
A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, with ambulance and rescue crews unable to reach them.
