Moscow - (Saba):
Chinese Ambassador to Moscow, Zhang Hanhui, said that the United States is the largest source of cyberattacks in the world, describing it as the "main culprit" in this area.
He explained that Washington seeks to militarize cyberspace by developing massive cyber forces and launching attacks against other countries' vital infrastructure.
Hanhui added that the United States has developed secret tools to direct cyberattacks and blame other countries, such as the "Marble" program, which uses obfuscation algorithms.
He also pointed out that Washington controls submarine fiber optic cables and carries out cyber espionage operations against various countries, including its allies, using programs such as "PRISM" and "Campredada."
