A two-day training course began today in Al Bayda Governorate, aiming to qualify 30 local authority cadres, directorates, technicians, and engineers to prepare the governorate's plan for the year 1447 AH.
The course focuses on the guidelines and priorities for preparing the plan and the implementation mechanism according to approved models. Deputy Governor Abdullah Al Jamali emphasized the importance of the course in developing the capacity of local cadres to prepare development and service plans, noting the need to transform these plans into tangible projects on the ground.
The Governorate's Director of Planning, Mohammed Al-Maqbali, also reviewed the course's objectives and themes, emphasizing the importance of updating the analysis of the current situation and identifying project priorities.
