Nablus - Saba:

Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale military campaign on Wednesday against the Balata refugee camp, east of the city of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported to the Palestinian Safa News Agency that large infantry forces estimated at hundreds of soldiers stormed the camp in the early hours of the morning, through the Dahiya neighborhood in the west and the Rujeib housing complex in the east. They deployed in several neighborhoods within the camp, deployed snipers on the rooftops of some houses, closed all entrances to the camp, and imposed a curfew. To walk around inside.

The sources added that enemy forces were stationed on Market Street and Schools Street, and raided dozens of homes in the camp, particularly in the Jamasin neighborhood, which witnessed house-to-house raids.

Some families were forcibly forced to leave their homes and exit the camp. They conducted house searches and ransacked their contents. They arrested a number of young men, subjecting them to field investigations, and later released some.

Among those arrested were identified as Ahmed Abu Hamada, Khalil Abu Lail, and Mahmoud Abu Siris.

Enemy soldiers severely beat a 15-year-old boy during the raid on Balata Camp. Red Crescent crews transported him to the hospital for treatment, noting that he had previously been injured by enemy fire.

The Nablus Education Directorate decided to switch school hours today to e-learning in six schools located in the eastern part of Nablus, due to the security situation surrounding the area and to ensure the safety of students.
