Engineer Mukhtar Thawaba, representing the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit in Jawf province, conducted an inspection on Wednesday of several community-led initiative projects in Bart al-Anan district. The projects focus on improving roads, education, and health infrastructure within the district.
During the visit, Engineer Thawaba, accompanied by heads of local community committees, reviewed the progress of the initiative to complete the September 26 School in al-Ghaib, which received support from the Interventions Unit in the form of cement and a wooden roof. He also assessed the Qaa al-Rashid Canal initiative, which was provided with compression equipment, diesel fuel, and 190 bags of cement. Additionally, he inspected the health unit in Al-Awsa, which is receiving cement support.
The inspection team engaged with local residents, listening to their challenges in implementing the initiatives and offering engineering advice to enhance the quality of the ongoing work.
Residents of the district expressed their gratitude for the Central Intervention Unit's support in ensuring the success of these community-driven projects.
