Liverpool FC has closed the door on the debate over the future of Egyptian star Mohamed Salah after announcing the renewal of his contract for two more seasons until the summer of 2027.
The announcement came after a long series of speculation about Salah's future with Liverpool, as his old contract was supposed to expire next June.
The Premier League commented on Liverpool's announcement on Friday that Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has signed a new contract at Anfield.

Mohamed Salah, 32, is one of the most prolific players in Liverpool's history, having scored 243 goals in 394 appearances since joining the club in 2017 from Roma.
