Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao called on Saturday for World Trade Organization (WTO) members to unite against unilateral and protectionist policies.
This came during a video call between Wang and WTO Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, in which he noted that trade disputes among members are normal, but they must be resolved through consultations based on mutual respect and equality.
